我想投小日本的这个杂志，Chemical & Pharmaceutical Bulletin，但是投稿要求If all the authors are non-native English speakers, the cover letter should include the name of the native English speaker or company that checked the manuscript for correct English usage. If one of the authors is a native English speaker, he or she should edit the final draft of the manuscript.
