[求助] 关于金纳米簇的合成问题

我合成的金纳米簇稀释之前没问题,但是稀释之后发射峰没变,激发峰前面多出来一些尖峰,请问这是什么原因造成的?

What emission wavelength did you use for measuring the excitaiton spectrum? The peak at 323 nm looks like half of the emission maximum.

In order to find whether the band in the range of 300-400 nm really contributes to the fluorescence emission, you can try to excite the Au NCs with 360 nm, which should lead to stronger fluorescence emission than that with 500 nm.

用650nm来扫激发后出现的那个峰。
