A method for the prepn. of Sucralose was designed.  A reaction of sucrose with trityl chloride and acetylation provided TRISPA [i.e., 2,3,3',4,4'-penta-O-acetyl-1',6,6'-tri-O-tritylsucrose] which was deprotected to deliver 3,4-di-O-acetyl--(D-fructofuranosyl)--D-glucopyranoside 2,3,4-triacetate (4-PAS).  This intermediate was transformed into 3,4-di-O-acetyl--(D-fructofuranosyl)--D-glucopyranoside 2,3,6-triacetate (6-PAS).  Chlorination of the above-mentioned intermediate using triphenylphosphine and thionyl chloride provided sucralose pentaacetate.  The byproduct (triphenylphosphine oxide) was reclaimed.  The synthesis of the target compd. (Sucralose) was achieved after deacetylation.  This method is simple, byproducts are easily reclaimed and starting materials are inexpensive.

设计了一个合成三氯蔗糖的方法。将蔗糖和三苯基氯甲烷反应,经乙酰化作用得到TRISPA,TRISPA溶液传递4-PAS。这个中间产物再转变成6-PAS。上述所说的中间产物经三苯基膦和亚硫酰氯的氯化作用后生成了三氯蔗糖五乙酸酯。回收副产物三苯基膦。再经过去乙酰化反应得到目标产物(三氯蔗糖)。这个方法简单,副产物可回收,原料也便宜。
