[求助] 求翻译2段话,英译汉,关于三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯合成方面的。

The method comprises (1) mixing chlorinating agent with chloroethane at a mass ratio of 1:2-4, cooling to 0C; (2) dropping sucrose 6-acetate-DMF mixed soln.(1:1-3, W/W) at -15-10C; (3) incubating at 0-100C for 2-6 times each for 0.5-2 h, heating to 110-115C, incubating for 1-4 h; (4) cooling to 0C, adding 20% alk. soln. to adjust pH to 9, neutralizing with HCl, vaporizing solvent, dissolving in water, filtering, extg. with Et acetate, dissolving in water, cooling to 20C for crystg. to obtain sucralose 6-acetate.  Chlorinating agent is thionyl chloride, phosgene, oxalyl chloride, bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate and/or phosphorus trichloride.  Chloroethane is 1,1,2-trichloroethane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane or 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane.  The method has advantages of low DMF consumption, low cost, reduced side reaction, simple process, high yield(enhanced by 20% compared with that using DMF as solvent).   



The title method comprises dropping chlorinating agent I into mixed solvent, dropping sucrose-6-acetate/DMF soln., slowly heating, refluxing for 2h, adding chlorinating agent II/ethyl acetate or dichloroethane soln., further chlorinating at 110C, cooling, neutralizing with alkali, filtering, vacuum concg., dissolving in water under heating, extg., and vacuum removing solvent to obtain sucralose-6-acetate.  The mixed solvent contains DMF and Et acetate or dichloroethane.  The chlorinating agent I is thionyl chloride, phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus pentachloride or phosphorus oxychloride.  The chlorinating agent II is trichloromethyl chloroformate or bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate.  The method has advantages of easy operation, good selectivity of chlorination and high yield.

该方法包括:(1)与氯乙烷混合氯化剂的质量比为1:2-4,冷却到0C,(2)在-15-10C条件下滴入 蔗糖 6 –乙酸-DMF混合液(1:1-3,W/ W),(3)在0-100C孵化2-6次,每次0.5-2 h,加热到110-115C,培育1-4 h;(4 )冷却到0C,加入 20%碱性溶液,调节pH至9,用HCl中和,蒸发溶剂,在水中溶解,过滤,用乙酸乙酯extg(萃取?),溶于水,冷却到20C用于crystg(结晶?)。获得三氯蔗糖6 - 醋酸(sucralose 6-acetate)。氯化剂是亚硫酰氯,光气,草酰氯,双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯和/或三氯化磷。氯乙烷是1,1,2 - 三氯乙烷,1,1,1 - 三氯乙烷,1,1,2,2 - 四氯乙烷。该方法具有DMF消耗低,成本低,副反应少,工艺简单,产量高(与使用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF?)为溶剂相比,提高20%)


主要方法包括滴加氯化剂I到混合溶溶液,滴加 蔗糖-6-乙酸/DMF soln,缓慢加热,回流2h,加入氯化剂II/乙酸乙酯或二氯乙烷soln,进一步在110℃氯化,冷却,用碱中和,过滤,真空concg(浓缩?),加热条件下溶于水,extg(萃取?),真空消除溶剂,获得蔗糖素-6-醋酸(sucralose-6-acetate)。混合溶剂中含有DMF和或二氯乙烷。氯化剂I是亚硫酰氯,三氯化磷,五氯化磷或三氯氧磷。氯化剂II是三氯甲基氯甲酸或双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯。该方法具有操作简便,氯化选择容易和产量高的优点。
