引用前一篇文章需要向出版社申请吗?

我已经投了一篇论文,后来做了后续实验.现在我把与这篇论文中所有方法部分缩写成一段,把所有结果也缩写成一段,同时把一个表格取一部分加上原论文另外一组数据做成新的表格. 这些算是后一篇论文的基础. 加上后续试验部分,写成了另一篇文章,在文章中引用了原论文.想投到另外一个期刊中去,请问我还需要跟前一篇论文出版社沟通,征求他们同意吗? 附版权协议: A. The author transfers to Trans Tech Publications Ltd. (the "Publisher"  during the full term of copyright, the exclusive rights comprised in the copyright of the Work, including but not limited to the right to publish the Work and the material contained therein throughout the world, in all languages and in all media of expression now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so.B. Notwithstanding the above, the author retains the following: 1. Proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights 2. The right to make copies of all or part of the Work for the author’s use in classroom teaching 3. The right to use, after publication, all or part of the Work in a book by the author, or a collection of the author’s work. 4. The right to make copies of the Work for internal distribution within the institution which em-ploys the author. 5. The right to use figures and tables of the Work, and up to 250 words of text, for any purpose. 6. The right to make oral presentations of material from the Work. B项是我的权利吗,第五项中规定能使用图,表,与A项会不会有冲突? |
