这个算接收函吗？文章接收后的疑问？？！！

投了篇Journal of Molecular Structure，今早上编辑发邮件说接收了。由于学校要求要有文章的接收函才可以答辩毕业，我第一次发文章，所以弱弱地问下这个算接收函吗？接下来我改怎么办呢？麻烦先谢谢各位了！（听说排版时，还要修改下，有这么回事吗？） Ms. Ref.
