Meanwhile, we have to raise the basic level of comprehensive debugging technology in micro-structure system to bridge the gap between home and abroad, and establish an autonomous knowledge system of micro structure assembling and debugging technology in order to realize the transformation from traditional manual assembling to advanced automatic one. |
