[求助] 机械类汉译英

复杂微小型器件具有高精度、微小结构化的特点,其工艺过程是一个涉及多输入、多约束、多目标、微小精密的复杂过程。本项目针对复杂微小型器件存在的亚毫米级微小结构,几十纳米装调量的微小装调问题开展研究,以期获得用于指导其它光机电传感器研制生产的共性技术,并在行业示范应用推广。研制具有自主知识产权的高精度微小结构装调系统,提高装配调试生产能力,满足新一代生产装备对复杂微小型器件的性能要求。提升微小结构系统综合装调调试工艺基础水平,缩小国内外的差距,建立自主的微小结构装配调试工艺知识体系,实现传统手工向先进自动化装配的转变。

Complex miniature products with the characteristics of high precision and micro-structured, its technological process is a micro and precision complex process involving multiple input, multiple constraints and multiple targets. This project is aimed at research the problem of assembly the structures with sub millimeter and the range of adjustment is dozens of nanometers, the problem existing in the fabrication of complex miniature products, the project with a view to obtaining the common technology used to guide development and production of other optical-electromechanical sensor, and as the demonstration for application promotion in the industry. Develop high precision micro structure assembly system with independent intellectual property rights, improve assembly and debugging productivity, Meet the new generation of manufacture  equipment on the performance requirements of complex miniature products. Raising micro-structure system debugging technology foundation level, bridging the gap between home and abroad, establishing autonomous micro structure assembly and debugging technology knowledge system, achieve the shift from traditional manual assembly to advanced automatic assembly.

This project is progressed to solve such problems in complex miniature products as the sub millimeter structure and the slight assembling of dozens of nanometers in order to obtain a common technology which can guide the development and production of other optical and electrical sensors and to have it popularized and applied in this field. To meet the performance requirements of complex miniature products to new generation of manufacture equipments, the high precision and micro-structure assembling system in possession of intellectual property has to be developed with the improvement of the production capacity of its assembling and adjustment. Meanwhile, we have to raise the basic level of comprehensive debugging technology in micro-structure system to bridge the gap between home and abroad, and establish an autonomous knowledge system of micro structure assembling and debugging technology in order to realize the transformation from traditional manual assembling to advanced automatic one.
