向genbank提交序列之后，收到一信件，需要提供有关样品的信息？有人遇到过么？救赎

 小弟前天向genbank提交了一个cDNA全序列，今天收到回信，需要再提供一些信息，我第一次提交序列，各位大侠帮忙看看，到底是要什么东西？ 难道是：样品采集的地点，采集方式？获得cDNA的方式和方法？跑胶照片？ 求救赎！下面是信件的内容，照片也是 Dear GenBank Submitter: Please find your assigned Accession Number(s) in the letter below. Please provide a strain, isolate, clone, specimen voucher, OR an alpha-numeric code used in your laboratory to distinguish your submission(s) from others in the database. 你好： 阅读你之前的帖子，感觉你在微生物方面很专业，所以想请教个问题。我向NCBI提交序列后，也收到了一封关于样品信息的回信，由于我第一次弄不太懂，能否麻烦你帮忙看一下吗！谢谢！以下是genbank的回信： [1] Is this sequence from: a) a purified culture that contains only one microbial species or a vouchered specimen b) enrichment culture: use of selective culture media to enrich for a set of microorganisms with a particular phenotypic property, resulting in a partially purified, mixed culture. Do not choose this option for a purified strain or vouchered specimen. c) bulk environmental DNA (no cultures or other vouchers available): PCR-amplified directly from source/host DNA. If this is from bulk environmental DNA, was it amplified using: i) universal primers - amplifies DNA from a broad range of organisms or ii) species-specific primers - amplifies DNA from a single species [2] Provide a clone/isolate/strain/specimen voucher or other unique identifier for your record, using accepted biorepository acronyms where possible. [3] Provide additional details describing the environmental conditions and geographic location where this sequence or organism was isolated. Send your response to: gb-admin@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov If we do not hear from you by Jul 1, 2015, all of your submission(s) will be deleted from the processing queue.
