审稿人的这句话：
The conclusions should be written in an independent way to be easier for readers to follow.
什么意思呢？我的文章 conclusions 部分已经是一个单独的段落了，怎么又是独立的方式呢？

4. Conclusions
In preparation of new derivatives with potential biological activity, we synthesized the title derivatives with an efficient, novel and simpler procedure. The molecular structures of 1 and 2 •H2O were determined by single crystal X-ray method. Their conformations are analogous to those of some reported diarylquinolin derivatives. In spite of the aforementioned slightly conformational discrepancies, the optimized geometric bond lengths and bond angles obtained by using DFT from computational point of view are generally closer to X-ray diffraction values as seen in Table 3, which further support the solid-state structures. Henceforth, the computed results with only reasonable deviations from the experimental values seem feasible. Although the anti-tuberculosis activities are poorer than the standard drugs, the structural elucidation obtained by this paper could contribute to understanding molecular structures and especially discovering better anti-tubercular inhibitors of the substituted diarylquinoline derivatives.

审稿人的意思是让你把结论写成一个独立的部分，也就是说把结论脱离文章单独拿出来，读者也能看懂。你在结论中出现了“as seen in Table 3”，这是不允许的。

同理，在摘要中也不允许出现这种写法。

我的文章主要内容是：
通过“一锅煮”的方式，有机合成做了两个有机化合物结构，该结构被IR, 1H 和 13C-NMR表征的并且分别进行了单晶测试。通过DFT方式优化结构的键长和键角是被与单晶衍射的数据值进行了比较。两个化合物的结构也与报道过的衍生物是相似的。此外，我们对两个有机化合物的体外抗结核活性进行了初步测试。为进一步发现活性好的二芳基喹啉结构提供了一些好的见解。
