| 以Ti片和掺有Fe粉的H2O2在80℃低温下直接反应,制备出掺Fe的TiO2薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)等多种手段对试样进行表征。结果表明:反应72h后,在Ti片表面上形成了一层具有锐钛矿相的掺Fe的TiO2薄膜;掺Fe后TiO2薄膜的禁带宽度有所减小,其中掺Fe3%时的禁带宽度最小(约为3.04ev),光催化性能最佳。 |
