[求助] 帮忙翻译一下这段话,谢谢

以Ti片和掺有Fe粉的H2O2在80℃低温下直接反应,制备出掺Fe的TiO2薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)等多种手段对试样进行表征。结果表明:反应72h后,在Ti片表面上形成了一层具有锐钛矿相的掺Fe的TiO2薄膜;掺Fe后TiO2薄膜的禁带宽度有所减小,其中掺Fe3%时的禁带宽度最小(约为3.04ev),光催化性能最佳。

Ti pieces and H2O2 doped with Fe powder were directly reacted to protect TiO2 film doped with Fe at 80℃.the samples were  Characterizated by the X-ray diffractometer (XRD),Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM),Ultraviolet-visible spectrum (UV-Vis) and so on.The results showed : after the reaction of 12h,  anatase TiO2 film doped with Fe was formed On the surface of Ti piece; after doped with Fe ,Forbidden Band gap of TiO2 film became narrow,among it ,Forbidden Band gap doped with Fe3% was the smallest (about 3.04ev)and the photocatalytic properties were The worst

The samples were characterized by various methods of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV). The results showed that the anatase TiO2 film doped with Fe was formed on the surfaces of Ti slices after reacting 12h;The forbidden band width of TiO2 film narrowed after doping with the minimum of about 3.04ev when 3% of  Fe was doped and the photocatalytic properties  were the best under this condition.
