| 以Ti片和掺有Fe粉的H2O2在80℃低温下直接反应，制备出掺Fe的TiO2薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)，扫描电镜(SEM)，紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)等多种手段对试样进行表征。结果表明：反应72h后，在Ti片表面上形成了一层具有锐钛矿相的掺Fe的TiO2薄膜；掺Fe后TiO2薄膜的禁带宽度有所减小，其中掺Fe3%时的禁带宽度最小（约为3.04ev），光催化性能最佳。 |
