| 当solution温度较低为20°C时, solution 粘度较大, 扩散系数比较小, 所以膜通量相对较小. 随着solution温度的升高, MF和UF膜的水通量也相应增大. 当温度增加大28°C时, 藻液粘度更小, 同事膜孔舒张程度最大, 膜水通量也达到最大. 但是当温度从24°C增加到20°C时, MF膜水通量增加并不明显. 这可能是因为温度过高, 影响到小球藻正常的新城代谢, EPS随之增加, solution中蛋白质和核酸的成分也增加了. 这些物质吸附在膜表面, 导致水通量下降 |

With the temperature increases, the flux of the MF and UF membranes also increase. When the temperature increases to 28 °C, the fluid viscosity is smaller,simultaneously, the diastole of the membrane pore and the membrane flux reach the largest degree. But when the temperature increases from 24 °C to 20 °C, the membrane flux of the MF increases not obviously.It may be because of the too high temperature which influences normal metabolism of the chlorella and as a result EPS increases, protein and nucleic acid also increase. These substances absorb on the membrane surface, leading to the water flux decreasing. |
