| When the substrate temperature increased from 100 to 250, the diffraction peak intensity of [222] of the film gradually decreased and that of [400] increased too. The average grain size of the film, however, increased, in accordance with which the transmission peak of the film increased from 80% to 90%. When the temperature increased to 300, the average grain size of the film decreased which resulted in the decrease of transmission peak to 82%. The transmission peak then increased to 84% as a result of the enlarged average grain size which was due to the the sharp increase of the peak of [211] under the temperature of 350. |
