||
| 衬底温度（substrate temperature）从100升高到250的时候，薄膜（film）的[222]衍射峰强度（diffraction peak intensity）逐渐减小，而[400]的强度逐渐增大，但薄膜的晶粒平均尺寸（average grain size）是增大的，薄膜的透过率峰（transmission peaks）随着晶粒平均尺寸的增大从80%升高到90%. 当温度增加到300时，薄膜晶粒的平均尺寸降低，从而导致的了薄膜透过率峰值下降到了82%，当温度增加到350时候，晶粒平均尺寸由于[211]峰值的急剧变大而变大，导致了峰值增加到了84%. |

| When the substrate temperature increased from 100 to 250, the diffraction peak intensity of [222] of the film gradually decreased and that of [400] increased too. The average grain size of the film, however, increased, in accordance with which the transmission peak of the film increased from 80% to 90%. When the temperature increased to 300, the average grain size of the film decreased which resulted in the decrease of transmission peak to 82%. The transmission peak then increased to 84% as a result of the enlarged average grain size which was due to the the sharp increase of the peak of [211] under the temperature of 350. |
