chemosphere中的 "Revision Notes" 什么意思？

投chemoshphere的要求提交一下材料，不是很明白什么是 "Revision Notes" ，"Revision, changes marked"。与回答审稿意见是一回事吗？ 此外，根据审稿意见我对文章的结构和语言进行了较大调整，实在不怎么明白如何写这个回复意见。 Should you wish to resubmit you should explain how and where each point of the reviewers' comments has been incorporated. For this, use submission item "Revision Notes" when uploading your revision. Also, indicate the changes in a marked changes version of the revised manuscript (submission item "Revision, changes marked"  . Should you disagree with any part of the reviews, please explain why. To facilitate further review, lines in this manuscript should be consecutively numbered. Please strictly follow the formatting requirements as presented in the Guide for Authors. As it is in the interest of authors to have a short turnaround time, we kindly ask you to submit the revised manuscript as soon as possible but within 60 DAYS. If the revised manuscript is not submitted before the deadline, the manuscript will be considered withdrawn. To submit a revision, go to http://ees.elsevier.com/chem/ and log in as an Author. You will find your submission record under Submission(s) Needing Revision. For guidelines on how to submit your revised manuscript please go the following address: http://support.elsevier.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/91 When submitting your revised manuscript, please ensure that you upload the source files (e.g. Word). Uploading a PDF file at this stage will create delays should your manuscript be finally accepted for publication. If your revised submission does not include the source files, we will contact you to request them. When resubmitting, please present any figures, tables etc. as separate files.
