The Seraclear filter was pushed into the extraction tube and 120 uL aliquots of the filtrate 880 uL of a 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 9.6) were added and the whole was homogenized （equivalent to 0.02 g of kidney per ml of extract）of which 50 uL aliquots were pipetted into the microtiter plates.
