拒稿后，是重投还是改投？
这是拒稿信的内容，请问各位虫友，是重投好呢还是改投好？一般重投的话是不是很难说服原来的审稿人呢？谢谢！

As you will see, they suggest that very substantial revision is needed before it will be acceptable for publication. I am therefore rejecting the paper at this stage. However, I encourage you to consider the comments carefully and if you feel that you are able to revise the paper to meet the criticisms, then I hope that you may in due course submit a new manuscript. If you decide to do this, please upload a detailed response to the reviewers criticisms, including the reference number of the original manuscript, and ensure that you make it clear that your new submission relates to a previously rejected paper. ” |
