拒稿后，是重投还是改投？
这是拒稿信的内容，请问各位虫友，是重投好呢还是改投好？一般重投的话是不是很难说服原来的审稿人呢？谢谢！
“I have now received comments from referees on this paper, extracts from which are copied below. As you will see, they suggest that very substantial revision is needed before it will be acceptable for publication. I am therefore rejecting the paper at this stage. However, I encourage you to consider the comments carefully and if you feel that you are able to revise the paper to meet the criticisms, then I hope that you may in due course submit a new manuscript. If you decide to do this, please upload a detailed response to the reviewers criticisms, including the reference number of the original manuscript, and ensure that you make it clear that your new submission relates to a previously rejected paper. ” |
