本人不才，目前还没一篇SCI，前段时间在一个IEEE会议论文的基础上扩展了一个论文，准备投期刊。小老板呢，建议我投 IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, Part B, 我觉得档次比较高，肯定中不了，小老板说这个杂志审稿周期快，难度不大，他自己发了好几篇在上面。我就抱着试试看的心理吧，完成初稿修改完后给小老板看，同意投出去看看。
但是，还要给大老板看（我不是大老板的phd，联合培养而已），大老板看了说：I had a quick look at the extended CEC paper. With a bit of editing and some extra sentences,I think we should send it to TEC. What do you think?
