有人用aspen的灵敏度分析确定过反应精馏多样性吗

下面是文献中关于使用灵敏度分析确定多样性的方法，基本意思能看懂，但用aspen模拟时有几点疑问： （1）the option is selected that current results are used as initial estimates for the next step这句是说在optional里面选择不重新初始化模块和物流吗？ （2）only one operating parameter and the initial estimates are variable是说改变范围的最小值，然后调整增量吗？ 有做过这方面工作的虫友吗，请不吝赐教，先行谢过 Secondly, sensitivity analysis is carried out to investigate the effects of operating parameters on column performance. As one of model analysis tools, sensitivity analysis provides a feasible method to find multiplicity in reactive distillation column. In the following studies, the option is selected that current results are used as initial estimates for the next step. In this case, only one operating parameter and the initial estimates are variable. Simulations are trivially converged to extreme (very low and very high) values of certain parameter at first, and then the parameter varies continuously with a small step towards the other extreme. If divergence occurs, the step size is reduced by half until the step size is small enough. The above simulation procedure is repeated for all possible operating parameters until all interesting cases are converged. After the solution curves are observed and analyzed, the multiplicity existence in the operating region can be determined. It is of interest to discuss why multiple steady states can be found by performing a sensitivity analysis. |

灵敏度分析，是考查上步的计算结果之间的一个相互影响关系，如以DSTWU模型计算可得到回流比与理论板数的估计值 ，就可对回流比对理论板的灵敏度分析，回流比就是一个vary变量，理论板数就是define变量。 我也是初学者，理解可能有误，期待高手精解！！ |

影响是很大的，你在计算时选择的物性方法不一样，那计算结果就很大呀。你做灵敏度分析，只考查你vary变量，define变量之间的影响关系吧！！其它量是不变的。 至于实际生产中变量生产，那就不一样了，你模拟时的量是确定的，在实际生产中频繁变量生产也不可能的。就是变量了，那么你的物料平衡就不一样了，比如蒸馏，它的操作线方程就改变了，如果原料成分变化，q线方程也变了，当然输出就不一样了。 至于ASPEN模拟中改变进料，也会产出不同吧！ 具体的没在ASPEN中弄过，俺也是初学者。也不大懂。 可能说的有误，只供参考。期待高手来解答·！！ |
