Design methods of achieving semi-physical simulation system were introduced based on Hydraulic test platform and EASY5 hydraulic system simulation model.
Using EASY5 and MATLAB / SIMULIINK co-simulation model, Real-time simulation control was achieved by calling the Windows API Multimedia Timers in MATLAB/SIMULINK to Overcome the weaknesses of EASY5 which can’t real-time simulation;Data Interactive of Simulator and Monitoring Machine was achieved by CP / IP network communications;the data set of Semi-physical simulation and start of Simulation were achieved by Man-machine interface of simulator designed by Visual Basic.It can be perceived through test figure that the test result of Semi-physical simulation is good.
