Nine Raman bands with strong scattering intensities at 613, 775, 1130, 1278, 1364, 1389, 1512, 1577, and 1651 cm−1 are assigned to the corresponding vibrational modes ν53, ν65, ν96, ν111, ν117, ν122, ν146, ν151, and ν154, respectively. A Raman band at 1389 cm−1 is assigned to degenerated vibrational modes of ν122, ν123, ν124, and ν125, which correspond to the symmetric bending motions of individual methyl groups. Three bands are assigned to alternative vibrational modes; that is, a band at 705 cm−1 is assigned to the calculated mode of either ν58 or ν59, a band at 1061 cm−1 is due to the mode of either ν90 or ν91, and 1490 cm−1 is either of ν140 or ν141, respectively.

3个谱带被指定为可选择的在振动模式；即在705 cm−1的谱带被指定为或者是ν58 或者是 ν59的计算模式，在1061 cm−1的谱带起因于或者是ν90 或者是 ν91的模式，在1490 cm−1的谱带或者是ν140 或者是 ν141的模式。

vibration mode 振动模式，vxxx 代表不同的振动模式，和沿不同的轴的振动

这个 xxx 的号码根据不同的分子结构，代表不同的振动模式，但可以查得到。这段文字说的应该是一个大分子，所以号码比较大。
