请高人帮忙修改一下语法错误，因为是一段Abstract，所以还是比较重视。 多谢了。bb可以增加的。 A polysaccharide was isolated from herb-A using ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and then further purified by DEAE cellulose-52 chromatography and Sephadex G-100 size-exclusion chromatography to afford P-1 and P-2. Structural characterizations of P-1 and P-2 (including molecular weight, monosaccharides composition, sulphate and uronic acid contents, conformational structure, ultraviolet spectrum, and infrared spectrum) were investigated, and their anti-proliferation activities against human gastric cancer BGC-823 cells and lung cancer A549 cells were researched in vitro. Results suggested that both P-1 and P-2 could significantly suppress the proliferation of BGC-823 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. The highest inhibitory rates were 78% for P-1 and 95% for P-2 at the concentration of 200 μg/ml, respectively. This high anticancer activity was inferred to be owing to the structural characterizations of polysaccharide, as well as the recognition of biological system for the conformational structure of polysaccharides. |

| 超声辅助萃取法从草药A中分离多糖。进一步用DEAE纤维素-52色谱柱与Sephadex G-100分子排阻色谱柱纯化获得P-1与P-2。对P-1与P-2进行了分子鉴定，包括分子量，单糖组成，硫酸与糖醛酸含量，构象，紫外谱以及红外谱。进行了体外抗增生活性实验，细胞株是人肠道癌BGC-823细胞与肺癌A549细胞。结果显示，依据浓度高低，P-1，P-2能够显著抑制BGC-823细胞的增生。P-1，P-2浓度分别达到200 μg/ml时，抑制效率达到最大，78%。如此之高的抗癌活性可能与多糖化学结构以及生物系统对多糖构象的识别有关。 |

| A polysaccharide ,from which can sepratede P-1 and P-2 by DEAE cellulose-52 chromatography and Sephadex G-100 size-exclusion chromatography, was extracted from herb-A using ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Then identify the Structural characterizations of P-1 and P-2 ,including molecular weight, monosaccharides composition, sulphate and uronic acid contents, conformational structure, ultraviolet spectrum, and infrared spectrum, and study their anti-proliferation activities against human gastric cancer BGC-823 cells and lung cancer A549 cells in vitro. It can be seen from the research that both P-1 and P-2 can significantly inhibit the proliferation of BGC-823 cells in a certain concentration. The highest inhibitory rates were 78% for P-1 and 95% for P-2 at the concentration of 200 μg/ml. This higher anticancer activity may be attribute to the structural characterization of polysaccharides, and the recognition of biological system for the conformational structure of polysaccharides as well . |
