摘要 本论文以芘为原料,通过两种方案合成1-羟基芘。方案一合成过程如下:芘在三水硝酸铜和醋酸酐的混合体系中硝化生成1-硝基芘,1-硝基芘由氯化亚锡还原得到1-氨基芘,1-氨基芘经重氮化反应,然后水解得到1-羟基芘。方案二合成过程如下:以溴作为溴化剂对芘进行溴化反应,控制溴化剂的用量,使发生单溴化反应得到1-溴芘,1-溴芘加入到甲醇钠溶液中通过加入碘化亚铜和DMF溶剂生成1-甲氧基芘,1-甲氧基芘溶于二氯甲烷中,利用三氯化铝使醚键断裂生成1-羟基芘。反应过程中利用薄层色谱法进行跟踪检测,每步反应的产物均通过红外光谱测定进行了定性鉴定。 |

Abstract 1 – Hydroxypyrene was synthesized in two methods with pyrene as starting material. In one method, first 1 - nitro-pyrene were synthesized in mixed system of copper nitrate trihydrate and acetic oxide after addition of pyrene. 1-nitro-pyrene was reduced to 1 - amino-pyrene, which was then transformed to final product 1 – hydroxypyrene after diazotization. In another method, pyrene first reacts with bromine to yield 1-bromo pyrene. This process is based on controlled usage of bromine. 1-Bromo pyrene was added to sodium methoxide solution to yield 1- methoxy pyrene with CuI and DMF applicated in the same solution. 1- Methoxy pyrene was dissolved in dichloromethane and transformed into 1-hydroxypyrene with aluminum chloride breaking ether bond. The synthesis process was traced with TLC and product was characterized qualitatively with IR |
