本文以芘为前体,合成了五个芘的衍生物,包括两个含溴化合物(1-溴芘和1,3,6,8-四溴芘)、1-芘硼酸、1,3,6,8-四(三甲基硅乙炔)芘和一个加氢化合物(1,2,3,6,7,8-六氢芘)。各种衍生物合成方案如下:(1)以溴作为溴化剂对芘进行溴化反应,控制溴化剂的用量,使发生单溴化反应得到1-溴芘;(2)同样以溴作为溴化剂对芘进行四溴化反应,使溴化剂的用量稍高于理论用量,反应完成后得到1,3,6,8-四溴芘;(3)1-溴芘与正丁基锂和硼酸三甲酯在低温下反应合成1-芘硼酸;(4)1,3,6,8-四溴芘与三甲基硅乙炔等在二异丙胺和四氢呋喃混合溶剂中反应生成1,3,6,8-四(三甲基硅乙炔)芘;(5)以钠和异戊醇反应提供氢源,使芘发生加氢反应得到1,2,3,6,7,8-六氢芘。对部分反应进行了反应条件的优化,对五个芘衍生物全部进行了红外光谱光谱分析。

Five pyrene derivatives, including two bromine-containing compounds (1 - bromo pyrene and 1, 3, 6, 8- tetrabromo pyrene), 1 - pyrene acid, 1,3,6,8 - Tetra (trimethylsilyl acetylene) pyrene and one hydrogenated compound (1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 - hexahydro pyrene) were synthesized with pyrene as precursor. Synthesis methods of the above derivatives were listed as below.

1) 1 - bromo pyrene was obtained through single bromination of pyrene with limited bromine;
2) 1, 3, 6, 8- tetrabromo pyrene were obtained through tetra-bromination of pyrene with bromine of slightly higher than the theoretical amount of usage;
3) 1 - pyrene acid was obtained through reaction of 1 - bromo pyrene with N-BuLi and trimethyl borate at low temperature;
4) 1,3,6,8 - Tetra (trimethylsilyl acetylene) pyrene was obtained through reaction of 1, 3, 6, 8- tetrabromo pyrene with trimethylsilyl acetylene in the mix solvents of diisopropylamine and THF;
5) 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 - hexahydro pyrene was obtained through hydrogenation of pyrene with hydrogen, which was supplied through reaction of sodium with isoamyl alcohol. Some of reactions were optimized and total five pyrene derivatives were analyzed with IR.
