Dear Dr. *, The written English of the revised paper is still not acceptable for publication in this Journal so we must reject the revised paper. THERE ARE MANY MISSING DEFINITE ARTICLES ("THE"  THROUGHOUT THE PAPER Please read the Guide for Authors - the first section clearly states: "A high standard of English is a criterion of acceptance for publication" (http://ees.elsevier.com/power/default.asp)*****You were specifically asked to improve the written English!!***** You MUST get a professional English writing service to correct the text. (e.g: http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... languagepolishing). The revised technical material is now satisfactory. If you can greatly improve the written English you may resubmit the paper for rapid processing as follows: RE-SUBMISSION: Re-submit as a NEW PAPER using the Journal website and make it clear that it is a resubmission of this paper in the covering letter and ALSO enter "This is a resubmission of paper #_____ " (add the rejected paper number) in the author's "ENTER COMMENTS" box when submitting. YOU MUST HIGHLIGHT the changes in English in the new text with colour or by underlining. *****YOU HAVE 15 days to improve the written English after which, no resubmission will be permitted***** 很着急，有这样的情况啊，找专业公司修改了，机会大吗？ |
