由于纳米SiO2粒子自身的特点造成其在聚合物基体中,容易发生团聚现象,对复合材料造成结构缺陷,影响复合材料的性能,所以要求对纳米SiO2粒子的表面进行改性。本实验采用静电吸附作用,将氧化石墨(GO)包覆在SiO2粒子表面,制得纳米SiO2-GO粒子。通过溶液法制备了SiO2/PVDF和SiO2-GO/PVDF两种纳米复合材料。主要研究了上述两种纳米复合材料的力学性能,以及SiO2和SiO2-GO两种填料与PVDF基体的界面作用。研究结果表明,氧化石墨(GO)可以较好的包覆在SiO2?表面,将其填充到PVDF基体中,可以有效地提高SiO2-GO/PVDF复合材料的力学性能,并且能够增强填料粒子与PVDF的之间的界面效应。

由于纳米SiO2粒子自身的特点造成其在聚合物基体中,容易发生团聚现象,对复合材料造成结构缺陷,影响复合材料的性能,所以要求对纳米SiO2粒子的表面进行改性。Agglomeration of nano-SiO2 in poly-substrate will be induced due to the characteristic of SiO2 itself and the the property of composites will also be affected by the agglomeration, so it’s necessary to modify the surface of nano-SiO2.
本实验采用静电吸附作用,将氧化石墨(GO)包覆在SiO2粒子表面,制得纳米SiO2-GO粒子。
SiO2-GO nanoparticles were fabricated by GO coated on the surface of nano-SiO2 based on the electrostatic absorption effect in our experiment.
通过溶液法制备了SiO2/PVDF和SiO2-GO/PVDF两种纳米复合材料。主要研究了上述两种纳米复合材料的力学性能,以及SiO2和SiO2-GO两种填料与PVDF基体的界面作用
SiO2/PVDF and SiO2-GO/PVDF nano composites were prepared via sol-gel method, the mechanical performance of nano composites and interfacial effect between SiO2, SiO2-GO and PVDF substrate were also investigated.
研究结果表明,氧化石墨(GO)可以较好的包覆在SiO2?表面,将其填充到PVDF基体中,可以有效地提高SiO2-GO/PVDF复合材料的力学性能,并且能够增强填料粒子与PVDF的之间的界面效应。
The results indicated that GO could well be coated on the surface of SiO2, meanwhile, the mechanical performance of SiO2-GO/PVD composite would  be enhanced and the interfacial effect between filler particle and PVDF would also be improved by padding it into PVDF substrate.
