本研究利用价廉、可再生的木质素代替部分不可再生且有毒的苯酚对酚醛树脂进行改性,以制备甲醛的含量较低的酚醛树脂胶黏剂。
This paper introduced improvement of phenolic resin adhesive and the new adhesive was low levels of formaldehyde because of cheap renewable lignin instead of some non-renewable toxic phenolic resin.
本研究的原料为直接采用黑液和采用木质素。通过测试了加入不同的比例的原料、催化剂、尿素和不同的反应时间制成木胶的甲醛含量,来确定甲醛含量最低的最佳的反应条件。
This article researched equivalents of start materials, catalyst and urea and time of the reaction.
实验结果表明当木质素的用量在40%~50%、原料的物质的量配比为1:1.1、尿素加入的比例为原料的总质量的3%、控制反应时间在50min以上时,木胶中甲醛含量最低,且该胶中甲醛含量也达到国家标准。
