本文首先通过对国内消费者的食品营养知识及保健品认知情况进行调查，分析发现，消费者对于食品营养和保健知识的认知情况有所提高，但整体来说还很低。消费者的营养保健知识匮乏，膳食结构不合理，对保健品没有正确的认识，信任度低等
A report on the food and health products knowledge showed that our customers was lack of knowledge of food and a reasonable diet, was no correct understanding and trust to health products.
随后，通过查阅资料和调查的分析，作者认为现在消费者在营养与保健方面存在的问题主要在营养保健品的研制、生产、销售和宣传方面及市场和政府的管理方面，通过对问题成因的探讨，作者认为应该从相应的企业、市场、政府等方面着手，出台有关法律法规及相应的保障措施。
The health products problem was in research, production,sales,publicity and administration. This paper believes that improving legal and protecting the interests of all parties can solve the problem. |
