[求助] 求翻译(摘要 医药类)!!!急要 字不多 谢谢~!!!

目的:将13个不同来源的桑叶产品分别用水、氯仿、正丁醇进行提取,利用各提取液在不同波长下的紫外光谱进行聚类分析,以判定不同来源的桑叶产品的相似性。方法:以桑叶为材料,采用有机溶剂萃取法和紫外分光光度法对桑叶有效成分进行提取及吸光度测定,并用SPSS软件的系统聚类分析法分析其相似性。结果:不同来源的桑叶光谱特征相似,但经过系统聚类分析后展示出了不同的相似性。结论:不同来源桑叶的不同提取液有效成分相似性不同

Purpose: mulberry leaves from 13 different sources are extracted with water, chloroform and n-butanol, respectively. Crude extracts were subjected to cluster analysis at different wavelengths.
Method: Active ingredient from mulberry leaves were extracted with organic solvents and absorbance was determined by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Similarity was evaluated based on system cluster analysis embodied in SPSS.
Result: Spectrophotometry of mulberry leaves from various sources are the same, however, system cluster analysis display different similarity.
Conclusion:
Active ingredients of crude extracts from different sources are different.
