| Coumarin fluorescent dye is an important variety with strong fluorescence, high fluorescent quantum efficiency, which has been widely used in many fields such as industry, agriculture, textile, Pharmaceutical and cell biology. This paper used 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and 3-trifluoroacetyl-7- hydroxycoumarin, which is synthesized from ethyl4,4,4-trifluoroacetoacetate, and catalyzed by hexahydropyridine. By reacting with 7- hydroxy alkylation then synthesizing new fluorine ¨C containing Coumarin ether. |
