香豆素类荧光染料是荧光染料中很重要的品种，具有荧光强烈、荧光量子效率高等特性，已被广泛应用于工业、农业、轻纺、医药和细胞生物学等各个领域。本文中以2,4-二羟基苯甲醛和三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料，在六氢吡啶催化下合成了3-三氟乙酰基-7-羟基香豆素。通过对7位上羟基进行烷基化，合成了3 个新型含氟香豆素醚。 |

| Coumarin fluorescent dye is an important variety with strong fluorescence, high fluorescent quantum efficiency, which has been widely used in many fields such as industry, agriculture, textile, Pharmaceutical and cell biology. This paper used 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and 3-trifluoroacetyl-7- hydroxycoumarin, which is synthesized from ethyl4,4,4-trifluoroacetoacetate, and catalyzed by hexahydropyridine. By reacting with 7- hydroxy alkylation then synthesizing new fluorine – containing Coumarin ether. |
