高分子材料方面求指正改正。。。。 对于HEC,在HEC用量为5g、醚化剂用量为7.5g、碱用量1.85g、在65℃下反应2小时,得到的QHEC取代度最优为0.61,反应效率为64%;对于PVA,在PVA的浓度为5%、醚化剂用量为7g、碱用量2.5g、在65℃下反应6小时,得到的QPVA取代度最优为3.95。 For HEC, the HEC dosage of 5g, etherification agent is 7.5g, alkali 1.85g, at 65 ℃ for 2 hours, the optimal degree of substitution obtained QHEC 0.61, the reaction efficiency was 64%; for the PVA, the PVA concentration of 5%, etherification agent is 7g, alkali 2.5g, at 65 ℃ for 6 hours, get QPVA optimal degree of substitution 3.95. 更正下,有个地方错了~,呵呵,下面是对的~ HEC, etherification agent and alkali were added in to the reaction with the amounts of 5g, 7.5g and 1.85g respectively. The reaction will last 2 hours at the temperature of 65 ℃, and the optimal degree of substitution will be up to 0.61 with the reaction efficiency of 64%. |

PVA and HEC are water-soluble. We used 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as etherifying agent to introduce quaternary ammonium groups into the structure of PVA and HEC through quaternization reaction to prouduce quaternized QPVA and QHEC, respectively. The effect of reaction conditions on the degree of substitution and reaction efficiency were studied. For HEC, the HEC dosage of 5g, etherification agent is 7.5g, alkali 1.85g, at 65 ℃ for 2 hours, the optimal degree of substitution obtained QHEC 0.61, the reaction efficiency was 64%.(这句话没有谓语)好好改改~ for the PVA, the PVA concentration of 5%, etherification agent is 7g, alkali 2.5g, at 65 ℃ for 6 hours, get QPVA optimal degree of substitution 3.95.
