Those rejected at this stage are insufficiently original, have serious scientific flaws, have poor grammar or English language, or are outside the aims and scope of the journal. Those that meet the minimum criteria are passed on to 2 experts for review. 这段说明，一篇文章至少经过两个审稿人，在这一阶段，论文就有可能因为内容，严重科研错误，语言等问题，被据掉。 |
