cys residue modiication of AST. GSH activation of AST does mot influence the enzyme's substrate inhibition properties. time - and concentration-dependent inactivation. Cys82 is present in close proximity to the substrate-binding site of the enzyme .suggesting the possible involvement of this residue in the redox dependent modification process the proposed dimerization motif demonstrated by sequence alihnment and site directed mutagenesis studies revealed that there are 10 conserved amino acids near the C-terminus in cytosolic SULTs on the protein's surface. the cytosolic proteins were separated on a column of Sephadex G-75 equilibratedwith buffer comtaining either 0.5 mM GSSG or 0.5 mM GSSG.Untreated cytosolic proteins were sepatated in the same column equilibrated with the same buffer without GSH or GSSG. 希望帮忙翻译下，谢谢 |
