[求助] 求教大家：关于德国读博租房的问题

I spoke with the welcome center of our university. They are willing to help and to organize something during the first days in Germany for you both. They also offered regarding an apartment, that there may be possibilities in university owned / managed hostels/apartments. This is fully depended on your wishes. They told me, that some want to live more in students communities, some others more in normal appratments. My guess is, independend  from the kind/ the location / the size ?C the housing may start by 300?/month and can go up to any size you may not wish J. I found a furnitured apartment on the open market for 400? , there may be opportunities for 300? in university hostels.
The welcome center is also willing to go with you to foreigner??s office and open bank account etc.

根据那边的生活水平来看吧~~~~300欧每个月~~~要看多大的房子了~~~~还有要看冷暖租~~~~~

就个人意见~~~~~如果300欧带家具带洗手间浴室和厨房~~~大概在十几平到二十平的话~~~~当然暖租（就是包括水电暖气之类的费用的）~~~~~应该算是便宜的~~~~~~其实两个人如果每人差不多200欧左右的话~~~~就可以接受了~~~~~
