[求助] 求教:关于壳聚糖接枝聚苯胺的一篇文章的翻译问题。。。

This experiment demonstrates that PANI is grafted onto chitosan chain. It is worth remaining that the experimental procedure ensures the removing of free PANI.
Moreover, the degree of substitution of the chitosan amino group seems to be relatively small based on the fact that the peak assigned to this monosubstituted unit (at 4.94 ppm) is included within the H-1 signal (at 4.80 ppm). Moreover, it cannot be
calculated from the integral of the signal assigned to protonated amine group of PANI due to the fact the ratio of ionized groups is hardly known,even if it should theoretically be 50 mol%. Under these considerations, we assume that few long chains
of PANI are grafted onto the chitosan backbone based on the small degree of substitution and the quantity of grafted PANI

The assignment of this triplet is confirmed by its disappear-
ance when D2O was added (resulting of an exchange of proton by deuterium)

为什么D与H 交换会导致三连峰消失。

一楼中:文章说NH2中被单取代的程度很低,又说因为聚苯胺在酸性条件下的离子化率不清楚,所以取代度无法计算。
最后下了结论说;没有长的聚苯胺链接在壳聚糖上。因为取代度低和接枝到壳聚糖上的聚苯胺的重量。

那位大哥大姐能不能帮我解释下。。。还是我翻译错了!
