NCBI登录号申请相关问题

分离的菌株想在NCBI上申请序列号，用sequin提交相关资料后，对方给我发回这么一封信： Dear Dr. Huang: We are currently processing your GenBank records JF772465-JF772548 and have come across a point that requires your attention. BLAST similarity search analysis indicates that the following sequence may be misassembled: JF772520 This sequence contains a mixture of plus and minus strand sequence which is biologically incorrect. We have appended an example BLAST result below for your information. Please provide a revised FASTA file with the corrected sequence. In addition, BLAST similarity search analysis indicates that many of your sequences contain little or no similarity to ribosomal RNA sequences in the database at the 5' and 3' ends. Ribosomal RNAs are generally highly conserved and thus, we would expect to see similarity to other rRNA sequences over the entire length. 这是信的内容。以前也申请过，但是没遇到过这个问题，看不太懂。不知道哪位高手能帮忙解答一下吗？先谢谢了 |

Ribosomal RNAs are generally highly conserved and thus, we would expect to see similarity to other rRNA sequences over the entire length. 你的3,5端的序列是测出来的吗？还是引物加上去的？因为这部分的相当保守，而admin认为你的seq理由非正常的序列。 你的seq是全长吗？ 他问到这些问题，之前可能就混过去了，现在不行了，呵呵，大家都很牛的~ ps：对admin的专业及敬业表示钦佩~~~  |
