The losing PARTY in any arbitration hereunder shall reimburse the winning PARTY for its expenses incurred in connection with such arbitration, including reasonable attorney’s fees, except in the event of a compromise decision by the arbitrator, such expenses shall be allocated between the PARTIES as the arbitrator decides. 在任何仲裁中败诉的一方，都应该倍偿胜诉一方的仲裁费用，包括合理的律师费，但不包括仲裁者作出的折中方案的费用，这种费用应该由双方当事人共同分担。 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the PARTIES with respect to the subject matter hereof and there are no representations, understandings, or agreements, oral or written, which are not included herein.
