[求助] XRD分析

在Cr掺杂ZnO的XRD谱分析中，审稿人给出了如下建议:It was surprising for me that for all the annealing temperatures the stress is compressive.If we analyze the(002)peak position in fig 3 we see that it shifts from a
lower 2θvalue to a higher 2θvalue(compared with the bulk value).Can please confirm this behavior.Please also confirm the 2θvalues on table1 and the spectra in fig 3(mainly for T=600 and 650oC)
我测试的结果中2θ值在温度由450到600度是向高角度方向移动，温度升到650时2θ值有所减少，但是审稿人从XRD图谱中看出2θ值是一直向高角度方向移动，请问从图中哪个角度能看出2θ值是一直向高角度方向移动？并且应力我利用公式计算出来的，全是压应力，为什么审稿人会质疑这个问题呢？谢谢
