protect consumer health by ensuring the safety of food of animal origin with respect to residues of antimicrobial drugs, and the ability to transfer antimicrobial drug resistant micro-organisms to human.

I want to ask the word "with" in this sentence, what is mean?
I translated this sentence as follows:
通过在抗菌药的残留，及抗菌药耐微生物传播给人类的能力方面确保动物食品源的安全，从而保护消费者的健康。
Any other better translations?
