[求助] Japan or Portugal ？

已经拿到日本的offer了，现在正办理在留证和签证等。
但昨天葡萄牙方面来信写到：
Dear ****,

Professor *** forwarded me your email and told me to be in touch with you.

The national call for PhD grants is opened until June 27.Please let me know if you're willing to submit a grant proposal.

I went through your CV, and I can see you have a strong background in physics. I wonder how we can conciliate your background with our current research interests. I'm currently working in the development of surface acoustic wave devices operational under hostile environments. Please take a look at the attached file for a short description and applications of SAW devices.I also work with diamond films deposited by chemical vapor deposition on a variety of substrates.

Our main work lines deal with the development of diamond-based electronic devices.

Please let me know your opinion.

这样的情况下，放弃日本的offer吗？？
葡萄牙的offer，有把握吗？？

日本学术应该好一点。但是可能LZ担心的是核辐射吧。各有利弊，看你怎么选了。
