| 以氯代苯乙酮为原料,经Wolff-Kishner-黄鸣龙还原法合成2-氯代乙基苯。通过正交实验考察了原料配比、反应时间等因素与2-氯代乙基苯收率的关系。产物通过红外光谱表征,经比较,初步确定该反应的最佳工艺条件: 在120 ℃下氯代乙基苯与85 %水合肼的投料比为1 ∶7 (物质的量比) 时, 反应2 h ,2-氯代乙基苯的收率达到90.1 % 。 |
