Water-soluble transition metal complexes of ruthenium hydroxide Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf) has been synthesized by exchange PPh3 ligand with 2,2 '- bipyridine ligands, the structure of the Intermediate cis-[RuⅡ（bpy）2Cl2]•2H2O was under detailed analysis, synthesis technics of Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf)and catalytic hydration of acetonitrile and the reaction mechanism of terminal alkynes have been discussed. The experiments results showed that Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf) for the conversion of acetonitrile higher than TpRu (PPh3) 2 (OH) and has higher stability with the existence of water and air. |
