| 2.将PPh3配体换成2,2′–联吡啶配体合成了一种水溶性过渡金属钌氢氧根配合物Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf)，对中间物cis-[RuⅡ（bpy）2Cl2]•2H2O的结构进行了详细的分析，并探讨了Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf)的合成工艺及其催化水化乙腈和末端炔烃的反应机理。实验表明，Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf)对乙腈的转化率要高于TpRu(PPh3)2（OH），且对水和空气非常稳定。 |

| Water-soluble transition metal complexes of ruthenium hydroxide Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf) has been synthesized by exchange PPh3 ligand with 2,2 '- bipyridine ligands, the structure of the Intermediate cis-[RuⅡ（bpy）2Cl2]•2H2O was under detailed analysis, synthesis technics of Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf)and catalytic hydration of acetonitrile and the reaction mechanism of terminal alkynes have been discussed. The experiments results showed that Cis-[(bipy)2Ru(OH)(H2O)](OTf) for the conversion of acetonitrile higher than TpRu (PPh3) 2 (OH) and has higher stability with the existence of water and air. |
