| 简述了枞酸的性能与用途,微波加热的特点和优点,及在微波辐射的条件下从松香中提取枞酸的工艺方法,并讨论微波辐照功率、微波辐照时间及催化剂用量对枞酸提取的影响情况,并找出微波辐照条件下,提取枞酸的最优工艺方案。经过实验得到本工艺的最优反应条件:催化剂HCl的用量为1.2mL、微波功率为616W、微波辐照时间为40min。综合各个最优因素,做检验实验,得到枞酸得率为20.1%,熔点为170℃,比旋光度为-103.8的枞酸产品。 |

The performance and purpose of abietic acid was introduced in the paper, as well as the property and advantage of microwave heat, technological process of abietic acid extraction from colophony under microwave radiation. The effect of power, time used of microwave radiation and amount of catalyzer on abietic acid extraction were also discussed. Under microwave radiation, the optimum condition for extracting abietic acid can be found. The optimum reaction condition of this technological process was obtained from experiment: 1.2mL of HCl as catalyzer; 616W of microwave power; 40min of microwave radiation time. Abietic acid product of 20.1% of recovery , 170℃ of melting point and -103.8 of specific rotation was obtained from testing that was implemented on basis of all optimized factors. keywords:catalyzer;time |
