请帮忙将这段文字翻译成英文：细辛脑是天南星科植物石菖蒲的主要成分之一，2，4，5-三甲氧基苯甲酸是合成新型抗癫痫药细辛脑的重要中间体。本论文研究了以对苯醌为起始原料合成2，4，5-三甲氧基苯甲酸的工艺。由对苯醌为原料，通过Thiele反应，合成1,2,4-三乙酰氧基苯，接着在甲醇中与硫酸二甲酯发生甲基化反应、再通过Vilsmeier-Haack反应合成2，4，5-三甲氧基苯甲醛，最后用双氧水绿色氧化醛基而得到2，4，5-三甲氧基苯甲酸。通过对每一步反应的考察，确定了反应的工艺条件。 非常感谢 |

| Asarin is one of the main compnents of rhizoma acori graminei ,which belongs to Araceae,and 2,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid is an important intermediate of synthesising new type antiepileptic drug ,Asarin.This paper reviews a technics of using benzoquinone as the starting material to synthesis 2,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid .The synthetic routes are as follows .First,using benzoquinone as the starting material to synthesis 1,2,4-triacetoxyl benzene through Thiele Reaction.Second,using methanol and dimethyl sulfate to synthesis 2,4,5-trimethoxyl benzaldehyde by methylation reaction and then Vilsmeier-Haack Reaction.Finally using hydrogen peroxide and 2,4,5-trimethoxyl benzaldehyde to synthesis 2,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid.Through investigating each step , the technic conditions were finally confirmed. |
