松香聚乙二醇柠檬酸酯表面活性剂的合成及性能探讨
摘 要
以松香(RO)为主要原料，氧化锌为催化剂，与聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)反应合成中间体松香聚乙二醇酯(RPGE)，RPGE再与柠檬酸合成一种新型表面活性剂松香聚乙二醇柠檬酸酯（RPGCE）。探讨了该表面活性剂的合成的最佳条件，RPGE的合成最佳条件为：RO与PEG6000的物质的量之比为1∶1. 6，反应温度270℃，反应时间3h; RPGCE合成的最佳条件为:反应温度150℃, 反应时间2.5h。探讨了该表面活性剂的表面张力(γ),临界胶束浓度(CMC) ,乳化性,泡沫性等。结果表明,RPGE和RPGCE均为性能优良的新型非离子表面活性剂。

ABSTRACT
The Synthesis and Property Study of the Surfactant Rosin-Polyethylene Glycol-Citric Acid Ester
Polyethylene glycol ester of rosin(RPGE) is produced by the reaction between themain raw material rosin(RO) and PEG6000 with zinc oxide catalysis . It reacts with citric acid, leading to formation of a new type of surfactant, rosin-polyethylene glycol-citric acid ester (RPGCE). The best conditions to synthesis the two surfactants were discussed. The condition for RPGE is that the reaction of RO and PEG6000 is controlled for 3h at 270 ℃, with the ratio of amount of substanceo 1:1. 6, and the reaction time can be controlled for 2.5h at 150 ℃ for RPGCE . The surface tension of surfactant (γ), the critical micelle concentration (CMC), emulsion, foam,ect were also discussed . Results indicate that both intermediates and objective products are new type of nonionic surfactants with excellent performance .
