| 酶解液总蛋白含量为0.307mg/ml，其中LNK-16的含量约为1/2左右，用双层琼脂扩散法检测其抗菌活性，对大肠杆菌酶切1h产物的抗菌活性最高，抑菌圈为1.06cm，说明表达产物具有抗菌活性，从而为解决抗菌肽的来源问题提供了新的方法。 |

| double agar diffusion method was taken to measure(detect) the antibacterial activity and activity against E. coli(1h of degstion) was the highest , the antibacterial circle was 1.06cm. It showed that expression products had antibacterial activity, so as to solve the source of antimicrobial peptides with a new approach. |
