With hydrochloric sinomenine and sodium nitrite as substrates, 1-nitrosinomenine is obtained through nitrification. Influence of substrate amount, reaction temperature and reaction time on product yield was investigated. Experimental results indicate that, under the following conditions, i.e., sinomenine 0.5g , sodium nitrite 0.2000g, temperature approximately 12℃，reaction time 1.5h ，the total yield rate of product is above 38.64%
